Looks pretty good- and I'll also note that this offset stays within bounds for SCCA street class (+/- 7mm or 1 inch diameter), for anyone interested.
I like this style but I don't know how 19x10.5" ET45 fits. I want to stay at 19s too since I think it looks better than the 18s on the DE5

This would fit but with a 30 profile tire only.

Cars not mine. Found it on the FB groups. They put some spacers under the brackets to let more heat escape.

Anyone know if camber or alignment is necessary using stock tires on vossen hf-5 19x9.5 +40 on eibach pro kit springs or h&r springs?

yes, get an alignment anytime you change anything on suspension, Like springs for instance.
