Full Acuralink services?

What services do you guys get for Acuralink? I was only able to check the status, mileage, service- not location, lock/unlock features or anything else.

I looked into Acuralink so I could use GPS tracking instead of relying on third party service but no avail on ITS. only Basic service available for ITS which IMO is useless.

I don't use it anymore. Would use it to check tire pressure. Takes a business day to lock and unlock the car. Wish I could roll the windows down or up

Could never get it working. Dealer couldn’t get it working. Sales person called them and they were closed or didn’t answer the phone, can’t remember. Never followed up. Only thing I’d us it for is auto-start but don’t drive it in the winter.

Funny, similar experience except the stupid dealership forced me to get it. Long story short, I had my "My Garage" login and it would throw an error code upon the first login attempt. Couldn't solve it and left the dealership with an even bigger smile on my face because the universe essentially gave the finger to the dealership who was probably pushing it on me for sales incentives.

My suggestion, take it as a sign and don't install it. Frankly it's useless on the ITS and it's only a security liability IMHO.
