Can I ask why you cancelled? Was it the timing or some other reason why?
The more I see the front lip, the more I don't like the design. It's on a silver Integra, and on his Instagram, it makes it look like it doesn't flow with the car well and sticks out in a funky way. Which is a bummer because the render it looked pretty good. That's why taking the hit on the restocking fee is lame but that's on me. I thought it look good, and later didn't.

Also, I've seen the G4werkz Owner reply to fellow Integra owners—just bad vibes. I wanted to promote this product initially but I can't because what I have experience first hand. I also had people DM me about their bad experiences. It really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

As someone who is passionate about this Integra and posting my experiences and build online I feel like I have a responsibility to help other owners. If others had good experience with the company feel free to post. I just want to get my refund minus the restocking fee and be done with this company.


Not at all. The restocking fee, semantics about the what it is called aside, is one thing. Once your order is cancelled, your refund should be handled promptly.
Glad I'm not acting crazy.

I always had a bad vibe about these guys, when they first posted pics of their cars with the wheels I asked what the fitment was and he just replied with an emoji and i had other people saying they will not tell us LOL

Charge back and report them.

There's no excuse to justify the refund or restock fee.
Just checked this morning and again nothing.

I feel I gave g4werkz every opportunity to resolve this issue. As far as me being hesitant about doing a chargeback. Giving what I heard, they will appeal it and take my money and not send the part (from previous customers, msg me). This company is incredibly shady and not like any I have ever dealt with. It feels super scammy and ransom-like interaction..

I will contact my bank next week.

Who's your bank?

I use Chase and they wouldn't entertain the idea of an appeal after both the length of time and lack of effort. I've even requested they do a charge back on things north of $10k, and there's never been an issue.

I think it also depends on your use of the bank. I run the vast majority of my monthly expenses (large, small, or tiny) on my chase card because of the benefits, so the yearly revenue they get from my transactions far outweighs any difficulty they'd have with the charge back.

I'm sure they spent the money already and need more orders to get your refund processed. It definitely shouldn't take more than 6 business days to get it done.

Start a chargeback, Chase is easy to work with. I work for a FI and deal with chargebacks daily. If you hit any snags DM me. Just be clear when making your claim that this is for a "dispute" and not "Fraud" If they don't have proof they issued a refund, or not reply at all, they'll lose by default.
