Refund never showed up on my bank account. No pending transaction, nothing on my end.

Man, it's been frustrating dealing with this company. I reached out to G4werkz again yesterday via email, saying I still haven't received my refund.

Freddy from G4werkz called me, saying to rest assured that he will look into the issue NEXT week (because of hurricane in Florida). This is the second time, he said he will deal with it NEXT week. It did rub me the wrong way since when I first try to cancel back in the end of september on a Thursday through FB he said the same thing. Freddy mentioned that my order DEFINITELY canceled and that the refund process is handled just like any other major retailer. That he noticed my tone on the email wasn't sweet and he can match that energy.

The main reason I am frustrated, and why many other people who have dealt with this company feel the same, is that the owner is very confrontational, and there are, of course, long wait times for parts or, in my case, cancellations. It feels like he is holding my money ransom. Of course, once I get my money back, minus their company's restocking fee, I'll update everyone. I want to be fair and honest. Maybe I'm just being a Karen?
Not at all. The restocking fee, semantics about the what it is called aside, is one thing. Once your order is cancelled, your refund should be handled promptly.

Can I ask why you cancelled? Was it the timing or some other reason why?
The more I see the front lip, the more I don't like the design. It's on a silver Integra, and on his Instagram, it makes it look like it doesn't flow with the car well and sticks out in a funky way. Which is a bummer because the render it looked pretty good. That's why taking the hit on the restocking fee is lame but that's on me. I thought it look good, and later didn't.

Also, I've seen the G4werkz Owner reply to fellow Integra owners—just bad vibes. I wanted to promote this product initially but I can't because what I have experience first hand. I also had people DM me about their bad experiences. It really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

As someone who is passionate about this Integra and posting my experiences and build online I feel like I have a responsibility to help other owners. If others had good experience with the company feel free to post. I just want to get my refund minus the restocking fee and be done with this company.
