Not at all. The restocking fee, semantics about the what it is called aside, is one thing. Once your order is cancelled, your refund should be handled promptly.Refund never showed up on my bank account. No pending transaction, nothing on my end.
Man, it's been frustrating dealing with this company. I reached out to G4werkz again yesterday via email, saying I still haven't received my refund.
Freddy from G4werkz called me, saying to rest assured that he will look into the issue NEXT week (because of hurricane in Florida). This is the second time, he said he will deal with it NEXT week. It did rub me the wrong way since when I first try to cancel back in the end of september on a Thursday through FB he said the same thing. Freddy mentioned that my order DEFINITELY canceled and that the refund process is handled just like any other major retailer. That he noticed my tone on the email wasn't sweet and he can match that energy.
The main reason I am frustrated, and why many other people who have dealt with this company feel the same, is that the owner is very confrontational, and there are, of course, long wait times for parts or, in my case, cancellations. It feels like he is holding my money ransom. Of course, once I get my money back, minus their company's restocking fee, I'll update everyone. I want to be fair and honest. Maybe I'm just being a Karen?
