Note, since the ITS already has an auto dimming mirror, you shouldn't need to run the harness like the FL5 needs to. You can tap into the power run for the dimming and save a lot of hassle. There is a walk-through on FB if you search this forum.
This depends on the part number of the homelink mirror you want to use. There are 2 options. If you go the route of colleghillshonda, you will need the additional harness as that mirror is not compatible with the harness in the integra. The FB route is a different mirror part # and it comes from the Civic and it is is compatible with the integra harness, but needs to be modified to jump power into homelink slot.

I think the mirrors do turn down, I don't know what the hell engages it though. My A-spec tech did it a few times, but once I moved my mirrors it stopped.
Confused me at first too! Leave the mirror selector switch in the R position, any other position disables mirror movement.
