Not exactly all hybrids, the recall appears to affect hybrid and non-hybrid engines. For example, the 23 Civic Sedan had a 2L and 1.5L turbo engines (non-hybrid).

It's kind of odd that the recall is specific to the Sedan with the hatchback not getting a mention.

Good eye! Sounds like a VIN check will be the best way to see who is in for the fun or not.

Not to be insensitive to your struggles, but why do you have to take off work for warranty work? Is the dealer not providing you transport or a loaner?

The previous fuel tank issue I had on my Aspec the dealer gave me a free loaner. Took only 15-20 minutes to drop off sign some paperwork and pick up the loaner keys.
