Low rumble/vibration at 3.5k

Hey guys, I just got my 25 Integra Type S the other day and noticed something weird. When you’re in higher gears, specifically 5th and you reach 3.5k RPM, I’ll get this like added rumble/vibration/noise almost as if I have an aftermarket transmission mount or something. It sounds like something’s oscillating for a moment then stops. It’s not the electronic wastegate. Someone told me it’s just how these cars are and that a lot of people have it. It’ll happen going up or down in RPMs and is most noticeable in 5th gear on the highway. Little strange. Anyone else have this issue?

3.5k is pretty high. Probably the engine bogging down or engine braking.
