Amazon Phone Holder
I got this one for my '22 Si, and kept it for the Integra. It fits over the center screen and provides a small tray between the back of the screen and windshield, the phone holder is between the screen and gauge cluster. Comes with tape to stick it down, but I didn't use it. Does rattle a bit, and needed some help with a heat gun to get the mounting areas the proper shape.
Edit- Actually, it looks like the one in the link doesn't have the tray bit. Same idea of location though.

I love this one and they‘re cheap. Mounted just to right of the center right air vent. Work great for me.

I use this to the left of the steering wheel it snaps into the vent grate.
also it is magnetic.
