Amazon Phone Holder
I got this one for my '22 Si, and kept it for the Integra. It fits over the center screen and provides a small tray between the back of the screen and windshield, the phone holder is between the screen and gauge cluster. Comes with tape to stick it down, but I didn't use it. Does rattle a bit, and needed some help with a heat gun to get the mounting areas the proper shape.
Edit- Actually, it looks like the one in the link doesn't have the tray bit. Same idea of location though.

I love this one and they‘re cheap. Mounted just to right of the center right air vent. Work great for me.

I use this to the left of the steering wheel it snaps into the vent grate.
also it is magnetic.

Just a heads up, i inquired to OFFRoam about a mount for the Integra back in early August after they released a mount for the Civic, they told me its in the works. Seems like they updated their website as well so hopefully its out soon. For those who know they make very solid phone mounts for alot of SUV's and other passenger vehicles. I personally run one on my 4Runner and its solid.
