Spotted Integra Type S Thread!

Spotted an apex blue at Potbellies off of 83 in willowbrook, IL. I stopped and waited a few to see if owner would pop out to meet, but had to run to get Easter bunny gifts for the kiddos.

Did you post the same day you saw it? I wasn't there Friday and I usually run in and out to pick up my food so might not have been me unless it was a different day and I was eating inside.

Yes, was same day post. This one also had the orchid interior.

Ah ok, for sure wasn't me then. Mine has black interior. Cool to know there are other ITS in the area. In my 7 months of ownership the only other one I've seen so far was white w/ red interior and had the "launch edition" accessories.

I saw a white ITS in Sugarland yesterday. Wasn't in mine sadly so we didn't get to have an awkward on road encounter. Only seen two out in the Houston area yet there have been several FL5s.

Saw my first ITS, a white one in NW Houston yesterday. I love how understated it looks on the road. I see many plain integras every where now so I had to squint and ask myself if I was really seeing a type S.


I’ve seen Tiger Eye and LCM at my dealership, both good looking colors. Can’t go wrong when picking a color for this car.

This was at the Hondata Jailbreak event today in GA. There were 3 Apex Blue and two whites. There was an LCM but was lining up to get the ECU unlocked. No TEP or Lunar Silver.

I'm bummed - I was supposed to go with my kiddo but he ended up getting sick and I started feeling not 100% either so we decided to pass.

Hope they still have the same deal next year for Acura owners.

Any Acura owner can get in. You just need to show your car key.
If you have a type S they give you a bracelet for some better seats inside.

Got a cool pass for the day too.

Yup! I signed up and had passes for the whole weekend, acura lounge etc etc.

My kid gets a kick out of F1 when I watch it so it's a bummer we missed it.

I spotted a black one with copper wheels just now in Downers Grove. Ogden Ave, heading east by Finley/Belmont. Second one I've seen out in the wild since buying mine almost 8 months ago.

Most events are posted in various DE5/FL5 FB groups. Join all of them that you can find.

Also, there may be DE5/FL5 chat groups for your area. This is one of the ways you can learn about car meet events at your city.
