It's likely powdercoat so the best you can do is try to get close with some off the shelf touchup paint in the closest color you can find, or be prepared to mix a couple colors to get close. Wheel repair companies will usually custom mix paint to get a close match and airbrush it on for a clean repair.
Consider yourself lucky it wasn't the copper wheels. I scraped one a month into ownership and it's been shipped off to the factory in Ohio for like 2 months almost now.
Luckily have the OEM black wheels wrapped in winters so it wasn't a huge hassle but I've never parked near another curb if I can help it since then...and also don't trust the backup camera lines at all.
