White with black interior was my first color choice. This is the way. The more I think about it, the more I have changed my tune- these cars are too good to justify passing up the opportunity to own one on principal.

Although in the northeast one of the first things you're going to have to do is figure out a winter tire situation... that may be a good reason that some of these cars could go for MSRP! It only makes sense that demand would slow on a performance car in the winter months.
I have a Grand Cherokee I can drive when the roads are nasty, so I might just keep the PS4S on the car this winter and be picky about when I take it out. If I do anything, I might do the CONTINENTAL EXTREMECONTACT DWS 06 PLUS all season tires just to make it more enjoyable when it's below freezing. Those are in stock sizes, or the Michelin AS4s in 255/30/19 are also an option.

Since you are in the area did you check out Bay Shore Acura?...I got mine from their zero add on for MSRP and the doc fees were like $185..full disclosure... detailer did find a area that had touch up paint on it that I missed...
I did, but their car had the bronze wheels which I don't like as much. Definitely some options out there for MSRP if you take your time and use the "Search Inventory" on the Acura website.

Micro-much....lmmfao......its not braggy to let others know there are MSRP dealers out there..its a fact...PPF for my black daily driver thats parked in the drive way you bet...fyi...its not a full ppf just a track pack...i.e hi impact areas...
If the shoe fits. I gave my qualifiers; this board is generally more informative but the fb group is just... well, it's facebook. Sadly my expectations can never be low enough for that place.

Hmmmn...I didn't think about the Mich AS4s may be a better choice...I was locked into the DWS06 used version of them on other Acura's in the past

If you're in the Bay Area (or willing to go to Northern Cali), Acura of Concord has had one sitting on the lot for a month. It's Liquid Carbon Metallic with Red interior. I'd been in contact with a salesperson there and she emailed me on Sept 27th saying it came in. She'd avoided answering the question before about ADM's but finally caved (when I said I wouldn't come to the dealership without knowing in advance if there's an ADM) and told me it was $15k (which is what is listed in this thread).

Just a few hours ago, she text me a bunch of pics of the car which is obviously still on their lot. I asked if the markup was still there and her response was.

"It’s still there but if you can come and shake my hand- I’ll get you the best deal around. Only leaving on accessories. (Floor mats, Wheel locks, anti theft device)"

I said "no thanks" because I'm really looking for Red or Blue and her follow up response was

"At MSRP!?"

If anyone is reading this and willing to go and shake her hand at Acura of Concord, good luck. It was refreshing to see that the car has been sitting there for a month and that she was at least willing to mention MSRP. Maybe the tide is finally turning...

Obviously I wasn't part of this conversation, but one could interpret her "At MSRP!?" response to mean, "You actually think you're going to get a red or blue at MSRP!? Are you crazy!?" Hope I'm wrong, but that's how I read it.

That "come in here and shake my hand" invite rubs me the wrong way. Hope someone goes in there and gets it at MSRP. It'd be nice if they got out of the anti-theft device too.

As a follow up to this, we had a little more back and forth and she was willing to remove the $15k ADM but admitted to me it's because they're trying to get it off the lot before the end of the month. There's a blue one in transit that she wasn't willing to remove the ADM just yet. I could've paid $5k to reserve it but I'm standing pat until the car comes in. If it comes in, unclaimed, and she needs to get it off her lot, I'll let her reach out to me and we can talk. I already mentioned I didn't want to pay $995 for the anti-theft nonsense and she seemed willing to talk about it.

Also, for OP (@Integra23) to this thread, Acura of Marin confirmed, as of yesterday, their ADM is now $5k. It's currently still listed at $15k on the post.

I went to Marin in person and was on their waitlist; it was $5K before it went to $15K, interesting to see it go back down

I’m so sick of the stupid ADM games. I reached out to them back in August and was told it was $7,500. Just yesterday, I got an email out of the blue saying “just so you know, we’ve lowered it to $5,000 now”. Really hoping it doesn’t go up again but I have low expectations for the dealerships around here.

I will say some of these dealers that have first started with ADM have eliminated it. Probably have to do some haggling but the deals I had still needed accessories around 1k and fees didnt add up. Just shop around outside of your area a bit to, some dealers are willing to pick you up from airports. I mean a 300 dollar plane tickets better then a local 5k ADM.

Some are just to greedy, claiming how rare the car is and how appropriate an ADM is. Like you can do some research and make some calls and immediately see the availability, maybe not in a specific area but still. Some are willing to compete with other offers and other dealers say take the other deal.

How are these selling for 43k US (60k Canadian) in Canada? They even get a heated steering wheel standard. Basically the US market is already paying a 10k markup at MSRP.

I see other vehicles too like the CTR, Elantra N with lower prices.

Maybe there are other fees like taxes that make things even at the end.
