Thanks for the reply! Sounds like good stuff. Still waiting for my HR shifter to ship out. I look forward to all the benefits you mentioned especially it enhancing the driving experience.
And to your other post, I had a feeling you wouldn’t like the Spoon shift knob. Too light weight! With a short shifter, having a knob with more weight to it usually feels better

I have about 12,500 miles on my car, and got it at the end of July '23 (I was a lucky preorder).
The throws feel notchier and it makes driving feel even more engaging. It's a bit tighter and a bit more effort for shifting, but it's mild. I was used to it in about ten minutes.
I've heard from other folks that once you use it for a few days, the shifter gets "broken in" and is a bit more compliant.
And of course, the throws are shorter, so there's that too
