So I'm trying to figure this out. Would I need to remove the seat position sensors from both seats so I can plug those in too, or do I only need to work with the airbag wires? I tapped in a 2 ohm resistor into the airbag wires on the driver side, before I did anything with the passenger side, and I still had the airbag light on. of course, now I know it needs a 2.2 ohm. Can you recommend a resistor for me? will only the Bride resistors work? I bought 2 of them for like $40. but they're just like 22 gauge stranded wire, so you have to strip the airbag wires to connect them. Is there something you can plug directly into the connector without stripping the wires and cutting the connector off?
The driver-side resistor needed is definitely a 2.2 ohm and 2.0 for the passenger side. Once I receive my Recaros, I was going to purchase some new plugs so I can create a closed loop resister plug to turn off the airbag lights.

I’m having my seats made to work with the OEM heated seats, so I’ll need to look into that as well. If you’re on Facebook, reach out to these guys who have swapped out the OEM seats with recaros.

Finished up the passenger side as well. Here’s a few more pics. The two ohm resistor I put in the driver side did not do the trick as far as turning off the airbag light. And I cut the connector off L O L. I did save enough wire to reattach it when I eventually go back to stock.

I’m gonna do some more research on the situation and hopefully figure that piece out. I am using the stock three point seat belts, so the seatbelt situation is fine.

Thanks! I love it. Looks like it belongs in the car and it takes it to another level in terms of that race car feel. Colors match up nicely as well. I have 2.2 ohm resistors coming in so I can get the airbag light situation fixed. I feel like Acura kind of cheaped out on the seats. Could have sported them up a bit. The OEM seats aren't terrible, just not special like the type r. The faux leather on the Braum seats is actually as nice, if not nicer than the OEM faux leather too.

Glad you got it sorted out. Totally agree - the seats seem to be an afterthought from factory. It's like it doesn't know if it wants to be sporty or luxury. Too far in between the middle of that spectrum making it mehhh. With how firm the seats are I wish they made the bolstering more aggressive.

Exactly. Seats are so firm you may as well have something aggressive. I feel like the Civic Type R, seats are made for smaller people worldwide, whereas the integra seats are made for big Americans! Lol.
