I have gotten as close as I can, as of now, to MSRP, but am worried about other fees. Since I live in MS, was told that registration would be 820 and would consist of a valorem tax. The one deal with the 1700 non-tax fee should cover that, but seems like way to much. The cheaper deal doesnt look like they do account for that meaning I would most likely pay out of pocket? Maybe im just overthinking. thoughts?

Im also in line for MSRP and just waiting for the dealership to obtain the color combination. I should be first up, from what i been told so maybe its worth just waiting?

Thanks in advance!

The 56k doc fee might be high. Are the accessories negotiable? Maybe trade the nitro for something physical

I agree, but both deals have be negotiated to the max. Both started with ADM and took quite some effort and time to get rid of that. 58k deal is how i was able to obtain the 56k deal. I agree that doc fee is high which is why im thinking it may be worth to go with the higher. They claimed if the registration was less then the posted 1700 i would be returned the remainder, but the term non tax fees could literally be anything additional.

What are the"non tax fees" on the first deal? That seems superfluous.

exactly, it was orginally 300 for there state but taxes were about 1000 more. Then when they switched it over, it shot from 300 to 1700! They wont let me handle my own taxes and registration either. Which is why i have become hesitant on this deal. I forgot to mention but the 58k one has a front plate drilled in :(

I would clarify with them on the $56k deal. It looks like a better deal overall, plus you're getting the mats to go with it.

The $56K deal doesn't look terrible. It appears to be ~$1,000 over MSRP. If this is your color combination, I would take this deal. It's~$1,000 to enjoy your car now and not some unknown time in the future. It's actually less than that if you factor in the inevitable price hike from Acura. We're likely talking about a $500 delta. I would make one last push to negotiate on the accessories.

I started a few months ago looking for a Tiger Eye Pearl S. I could only find white ones. One dealer was $10k over MSRP, the other $15k over. I told both they are crazy. After waiting several months I got a text from the $15k over MSRP dealer saying he had the Tiger EYE Pearl and was letting it go for MSRP. I drove it home the same day.

A no-brainer to me. If you are first up for your color combination at MSRP just wait and get your best deal, that car is going to come up faster than you think. 6 months from now you'll never remember the time gap but you'll always remember the extra thousands you overpaid.

If you're looking for Blue/Orchid, @dale_cooper is looking for ~$51k for his with 400 miles. Yes, it's technically used, but you'd save quite a bit with a short drive.

I'd ding them for nitro, shouldn't be paying for that. My local Costco has nitro air pumps installed out front which anyone can use. You can get wheel locks and all weather mats for a lot less. There may be better prices to be had, but a quick search produced these prices:

All Season Floor Mats - $141.60 +shipping/taxes
Wheel Locks Chrome - $69.11 + shipping/taxes
Wheel Locks Type-S - 63.84 + shipping/taxes

Based on a call I received from my dealership yesterday, more ITS' will be built towards the end of October, including my blue/black. Based on that, probably looking at mid-Nov delivery to dealers. So, possibly not too much of a wait.

I would tell them, drop the accessories I don't want, didn't ask for and we have a deal, if you want the car that is.
don't pay for nitro, that's insulting.

This. 👆Almost 1K for accessories that have no business being that much is just the dealer making money on you 10 fold. Show them the public information on those accessories and get an honest answer about why they're charging such a huge amount. Even all added up cost wise and then adding their labor to install them, there's no chance in hell that's $989. Keep in mind, install would've consisted of the tech deflating the tires of oxygen, inflating with nitrogen, reinitializing the TPMS and putting a specific cap on your TPMS sensor...then pulling your carpeted mats out and replacing them with the all seasons then removing 1 of each lug nut and installing the wheel lock. Have them explain how that comes to $989.....
