Integra Type S Winter Time : Should I get 18" wheels or just stay with the 19" for winter? Any pros and cons?

The factory offset is 60. It depends on the spoke type and how the wheel sits.

I run an apex ec7 wheel that's 53mm offset and it clears with a good grain of rice for clearance.

255/40/18 is also a great tire size for that fitment since it gives a tad more height for winter.
The wheel the fellow above is looking at has a 40 offset, so he is in trouble. no?

No. Lower offset pushes the spokes out further. He's going to be poking his rim out 20mm more than factory so more road debris/salt spray, and it will impact some torque steer but it likely will not rub on the spoke.

I'd suggest adding mud guards on the front. My winter wheels have lower than factory offset and it sprayed alot of stuff on the doors without it.

Even with the same offset than the OE wheels, you'll get a lot of shit on the doors. It's almost unbelievable how much!
