Did a road trip last weekend, and God are the stock tires noisy! Some pavement is worst than other, but nonetheless, they are noisy!
Yeah. I'm getting spoiled on the Contis

I swear I don't notice a difference between the Michelins and the Continentals as far as road noise.

I used to think "a PS4S is a PS4S" too, but there has been much fanfare about these particular tires and I have to be honest, they really impressed the shit out of me when I had this thing out on a track last fall. I would want to stick with the Honda PS4S too.

Yeah, I'm really impressed by these tires. This is the first car where I've decided to actually keep and run the summer performance tires instead of swapping to all seasons and the difference in performance in warm weather is much more noticeable than I thought it would be (in a good way)!

My PS4S had actually started to quiet down after I got more miles on them, at least until I hit that pothole... so we'll see how these replacements work out with some miles on them.

I had PS4's on my GSF and now the ITS. It's a great tire, especially on track. But they do start to roar once they're broken in.

But that's the price you pay for sticky tires.

They do get noisier and a bit stonier with miles and time, but I've found the comparable Pirellis and Contis to be worse in that regard. Particularly the Pirellis.
