The exhaust VTC solenoid is located near the left front side (passenger side) of the engine, you would have ran into it (or been able to see the connector for it) when installing the inlet pipe. When installing/removing the vtc exhaust solenoid the inlet pipe has to be removed also. If you can remember disconnecting any connectors
Sooo I thought about this and popped hood and sure enough it was hiding behind the inlet pipe looked like it was connected but not connected at all ...so now my next step is to reload everything with the doable codes and see what happens I'm assuming this was this issue and feel dumb as hell ...but it happens when you step away and look back at it everything is in refocus ...my boy tony texted me this morning saying to double check it so shout out to him ..this feels a weight off my shoulders ...will update in a bout an hr

It happens man!

Always work backwards after changes! Don't make the mistake of making more changes 😅.

Ahh the good ol "I swear I plugged that back in..." Happened to me with parking sensors after I put my bumper cover back on. Luckily it was the plug up top and not one of the lower ones. We've all done it so don't let this discourage you.
