Seems like there's a good bit of road noise that can be heard. Is it because of the lack of sound deadening material in the doors or just from the low profile tires?

... But in seriousness it's a combo of the above, plus design and stiffness.

Rear wheel wells are inside the cabin, most of the sheet metal is very thin and echoes, and there are a lot of vibrations that are transmitted into the cabin.

Check for my "back on track" thread. I'm doing sound deadening on it now and resolving a lot of the noises, vibrations, etc. Doing the wheel wells and under rear seats was a huge improvement. Front doors were also an improvement but space there is very limited in areas and kind of a pain to deaden and insulate. These things have made a reasonable improvement and I'm looking forward to doing the rear doors next. I no longer need to have the volume at 6 to 8 just to hear it. I can comfortably zoom around town with volume at 4 or 5 and still hear the music and traffic. On the highway, 6 is now fine where 8 used to be mandatory to cover the road howl.

The ps4s tire is "loud" by typical all season standards, but it's actually a very quiet and comfortable tire otherwise. Riding on my performance winters now which are 18s in a 255/40 flavor, there's just as much vibration and noises as the ps4s, no more no less.

The tires excite something in the structure which is not very solid or damped, so the noise reverberates. I came to the conclusion that the Civic platform which the Integra rides on has very basic engineering when it comes to NVH (noise, vibration, harshness). I am sure Honda worked to improve it a little, but it's far worse than most competitors.

I have last gen Pilot Super Sport tires on my 2020 M2 Comp, and those older tires are far noisier than the newer Pilot Sport 4S we have on the ITS. Yet the M2 Comp sounds/feels like a vault in comparison to the ITS. More solid structure, better NVH engineering, and the coupe form factor surely helps too.

Acura could do way better when it comes to road noise, and it would not compromise the sporting character of the vehicle.

The OEM Continental ContiProContact tires on the Integra A-Spec are not quiet. I recently bought a set of Blizzak WS90s, and these are actually quieter. It was quite unexpected.

I was going to say, I am surprised to hear the Blizzaks are quieter to start, but they won't stay that way long. Pretty soon they will sound like a lifted jeep rolling down the highway.
That's what I expected out of the box.
