I got side skirts in from apr. They are definitely nice but about $2k! Quality is top notch. I plan on rocking them with the jogon front lip.

haven't mounted them yet but fitment looks to be 100%. it really just slots into place.

I disagree.

I'm not a fan of big wings on street cars but it does not look out of place on this car.

Happy black Friday y'all. My Chasing Js engine coil cover and oil cap came in this morning so I just installed them.

Happy Cyber Monday. Played hookie from work and decided to do some stuff with the car.

I wanted to change the oil and install the prl charge pipes.

Removed the hvi, left my battery in. Loosened the bracket and I was able to get the stock upper pipe out. This is not a difficult insall. But... you have to drop the bumper.

Under the car I found a push tab missing again, 3 siezed screws to the aluminum shroud. Yes I rounded them.

So...by the next oil change, I need to order new parts and remove the old with a few beers while listening to the Doors.

Luckily, I have a Stahlbus valve. This system allowed me to get the oil changed with no major mess or issue.

Put Motul 8100POWer. Checked the catch can. Not a lot in the catch....but still some to make me content with it.

Cleaned the air filter since I had it out.

Put it all back together with no extra bolts this time.

Check out the squeez factor in the stock and prl. The oem is very very soft and plyable. Prl is firm.

Why prl and not hks? I feel the prl will insulate the outside/inside temps slightly better. So I assume it could keep the air cooler compaired to hks aluminum.

I really don't think one is noticebly better than other however. Besides it appears I am the prl fan boy under my hood so why not right?
