How is that actually mounted? Clipped into the dash? Genuinely curious. I would like to get a tuner but need gauges to monitor any change I make. Engineer problems.Got a mount of the KTuner. Works like a charm
There's a "claw" on the top that slips into (and behind) the top seam of the panel, and then there's a second tab that slips into the seam at the bottom of the panel. There are some photos on their site that kind of shows how it looks: https://www.atachmounts.com/Acura-Integra-Phone-Mount_p_1657.htmlHow is that actually mounted? Clipped into the dash? Awesome to see it on the track! What kind of tires and wheels are you running?Took my A-spec tech on track a little over a month ago. Itβs hard to find a good track pad for the platform still and boiled the stock brake fluid right away but this car was a blast on track.
The Integra got front and rear calipers from the 18-20β Accord sport 2.0. If they would have kept the Si calipers a brake pad option would have been easy. I had better fluid but ran out of time to swap it.Awesome to see it on the track! What kind of tires and wheels are you running?
+1 on the brakes as well...even on backroads at 7/10ths mine faded pretty quick and turned to mush. I don't know if the Si/Integra got upgraded pads compared to the Civic, but it sure didn't feel like it did.
Interesting, I wonder why they didn't use the Si calipers. The Integra got front and rear calipers from the 18-20β Accord sport 2.0. If they would have kept the Si calipers a brake pad option would have been easy. I had better fluid but ran out of time to swap it.
wheels are enkei rs055-rr 18x9.5 with Falken RT660βs
Itβs literally shoved into that seam. You can see the soft padded area about the mount warped and gapped already. How is that actually mounted? Clipped into the dash? Genuinely curious. I would like to get a tuner but need gauges to monitor any change I make. Engineer problems.
ITS = Integra Type SWhatβs an ITS?...
I know the 660βs pretty well and have run on them the last 2 years. I run a Honda Fit in a spec class and Falken is the sponsor. I donβt love them but they are good for the price.Interesting, I wonder why they didn't use the Si calipers.
How did you like the RT660s? I had a set of RT615K+ I used as cheap track tires on an STI and thought they were pretty good for the price. They got a bit squirmy when hot, but at the time they were about half the price of the RE71s and Advans.
