That's what they claim. They said other dealers won't know what I'm talking about if I asked them. Maybe others can confirm/deny this based on what they're getting at other dealers.Is this an Erin Mills thing?
It's for as long as I'm the owner of the car. Also they said if I want to change oil in between, just make sure to put on an OEM filter as the requirement for the program is to exclusively get oil changes here. I guess it's a way to keep you going to them for major maintenance, but you can always deny those. Otherwise, it's free synthetic oil change...so can't complain.
