HUGE disappointment today..

I received notification from Fedex my Black Cerakoted TSP downpipe that I have been waiting for a little over 3 months now finally arrived!!!!
I couldn't wait to get home from work to open it, like a kid waiting for Christmas morning for months.
I get home to open it and.......

its RAW not Cerakoted..
My heart sank into my chest like Santa did not come..
I have sent an email to TSP to see how to handle this..
So we begin a new timer to see how long it will take to replace this one with the black cerakoted one I paid for..

This part is edited as I read back what I had posted I wanted to explain that I am not ousting TSP at all. I originally ordered the raw downpipe but then reached out and had them change my order to the black cerakoted. They invoiced me the difference and I paid it. Now when I log into my account on TSP website it appears as if I ordered 1 raw and 1 black cerakoted downpipe. So it legit shows two different orders. I am sure they will get me str8.

I know it sucks, but worst case, they can always just have you send it to the coater and have it coated. So at least there won't be any production delays.

This was my first thought. Send what you have to get coated. Likely be faster.

Maybe wrap it too? Not sure how it’ll hold up but I have the silver cerakote & blanket. Eventually will go to the shield but no hurry. Hopefully it’s not trapping moisture or anything already.

Got email from TSP and they are sending me a return label to ship this one back and will send me the Cerakoted one when they get next shipment so I have my fingers crossed it will be sooner than later.

Yes, after I get the correct Cerakoted downpipe I will be installing it with the PRL frontpipe and then will be doing another Dyno before I start any ECU tuning.
