Yep. I definitely have some regret doing full PPF on my white one since I am already seeing some dirty edges.Yeah... I would probably still own a white M2 CS if the PPF job on it wasn't completely hideous and turned me off to the car entirely... but that was also just a terrible PPF job, not just the PPF on a white car. But after having similar issues on several white cars in the past, I honestly don't know if I'd do PPF on a white car again. Rock chips are probably less apparent than dirty PPF edges if I'm being honest...
I thought it was silly until I tried it. The Hybrid Racing short shifter with the Titanium shift rod is amazing. I hate not having a boot, but it feels to good to change backYou shifter guys are all nuts, but to each their own. My sense is that if I have to throw different parts at it until I find something that feels good to me, it's a "ain't broke, don't fix it" kind of thing...
But I get how some people enjoy these kind of things specifically for that reason. It's... interesting to watch it play out with you guys chasing this perfect shifter thing in real time lol.
doesn't the shift boot still fit?I thought it was silly until I tried it. The Hybrid Racing short shifter with the Titanium shift rod is amazing. I hate not having a boot, but it feels to good to change back
Chasing Js is supposedly working on a titanium shift boot delete for the Integra. That might clean it up a bit.I thought it was silly until I tried it. The Hybrid Racing short shifter with the Titanium shift rod is amazing. I hate not having a boot, but it feels to good to change back
It does, but there is nothing for it to "grab" onto – see the pic belowdoesn't the shift boot still fit?
Indeed, they've confirmed it with me, but they sure are taking their time. The DE5 looks significantly more janky than an FL5 with no shift boot!Chasing Js is supposedly working on a titanium shift boot delete for the Integra. That might clean it up a bit.
Good to hear they are giving the same message! I keep checking since I heard back, but, yeah... it's taking awhile. It does, but there is nothing for it to "grab" onto – see the pic below

P.S. don't mind the scratched up piano black, apparently I looked at it wrong too many times lol
For sure. It's all good though. I imagine the DE5 one will sell better since the FL5 looks fine "naked"Good to hear they are giving the same message! I keep checking since I heard back, but, yeah... it's taking awhile.
I don't think I have this issue , I'll have to check but my back rear taillight is so tight its rubbing the paint off my bumper. I have to get to the dealer soon , I seen a few people with the same issue . I just dont want my entire bumper painted.Discovered that my door is rubbing inside the door frame... I've touched up the area couple times, and it was always coming back. Never had that on any other car I've owned! Not sure how dealer will handle this.
I believe the boot still works with a magnetic collar though - Walter Watts has the HR shifter, magnetic collar and titanium knob with the oem boot installed. It does, but there is nothing for it to "grab" onto – see the pic below

Chicane is different, I have that one too and the collar works great!I believe the boot still works with a magnetic collar though - Walter Watts has the HR shifter, magnetic collar and titanium knob with the oem boot installed.
I'm waiting for chasing J's or someone first though. I'd like to keep one of the Chicane style knobs and red shifter with boot delete - as long as it's not blinding anyway.
Ah I see - I remember what you messaged me about, just got confused. Again.Chicane is different, I have that one too and the collar works great!
This one is different. There’s not shift knob thread, it’s all one piece! Makes it feel more solid
is anyone running ohlin coilovers on the forums? I remember seeing one YouTube guy have some on his, but surprised I don’t see more people running coilovers. Probably has to do with the keeping the various suspension settings?
