Bought the glossy carbon fiber dash on black friday and it arrived with these scratches on the big face on the passenger side. The box wasn't crushed and everything was packed pretty good. Kinda sloppy that it left the factory this way.
That stinks. Are they going to make it right? I just ordered my first piece from them and am hopeful it arrives unscathed. But please keep us updated as to their solution for you as I won't order anything further if they don't offer reasonable support for damaged goods.

I emailed them and hope there's a good resolution. If the scratch was on a less visible part like the bottom or side, I would just be fine with it.

Let us know... considering one of these myself. I can't decide on matte or gloss (and most here seem to have gone matte), so I'd appreciate feedback / photos, assuming you get a good one.

Jogon is pretty responsive. They sent me a matte part by mistake instead of gloss and after contacting them they sent me a gloss part. Hopefully they come to some kind of resolution. It does look like 2000 grit sandpaper and some polish would get that out.

I received my matte carbon fiber gear shift panel cover today from Jogon, and it looks fantastic. Very happy with the final product, and I appreciate everyone in here who has chimed in with thoughts and links.

I got a reply back from Jogon. They are willing to give me a significant compensation if I am willing to fix it myself. They even sent over a video on how to polish the trim pieces. I think I will take that route--figure it will get dinged up at some point anyway.
Awesome. Glad they supported their product and came to an agreeable solution with you. Thank you for letting us know!

Did you all see the cluster gauge insert.. so tempting. They also are carrying the steering wheel controls overlay.

🫠 At what point is there just too much carbon? Lol

I'm all for the dash trim, door trim, and maybe the steering wheel surround, but I think with cluster surround, door handles, and arm rests we've gone a bit far. Like the previous owner of my house who did brown walls, brown floors, brown cabinets, brown backsplash, brown countertops, and brown trim, 😂.

Maybe I'm on my own island on this one!

😆 After seeing this I kept staring at my cluster on the way home... Carbon fiber isn't brown paint.

No, I am with you on this one. There's a balance of contrast that works well. I purchased the dash and shifter console and will leave it at that. I think the door trim looks good, but not together with the additional door pieces and door handle. Anything that has a chance of peeling off is also a negative. The OEM plastic gray dash trim is super lame, as is the piano black console. If they had a cool faux gray wood dash, or faux aluminum cube, I would have been fine with that.
