I have driven a couple a M6 integra's and, given my 6'2" build, i keep hitting my left arm on the armrest notch. I am look for solutions and recently read and saw that the Integra's sister, Civic has two armrest, one for the CCTV and the other for a manual. does anyone have any suggestions and/or knowledge if the Civic armrest is interchangeable with the Integra. OR, are there any aftermarket suppliers of armrest with out a cutout?

If you think that's bad wait until you have something tall in the cup holders and can't shift for shit because it's right where your arm should be.

You said left arm but did you mean right arm? like shifting hitting the center console armrest? 6'3" here I don't have that issue

There is plenty of headroom, maybe try raising the seat just a bit. That will bring your elbow up.
