And don't know how long they will produce the type S. The CTR last model/year is 2025. Will it be the same for the ITS? Will they still produce it for 2026? Don't know...
Where did you find this information out?

I am currently looking for a new deal.

Had to cancel my order with Sterne Acura due to their money hungry practices. They would not honor our deal without my trade in, which they appraised $10k less the market value.

Just disgusting to see how dealers are getting away with this. I had also considered getting a MDX from them as well. Needless to say they will not be getting another dollar from me.

probably not, but in Onatrio dealers are expecting 7-9 per year.. so hopefully people wont have to wait 2 + years.
Are this numbers confirmed or just speculation?

You mean that the CTR would not be produced after 2025? I was told when I put a deposit on a CTR last September.

You think it's true? Would Honda spend millions in development to sell the vehicle for 3 years?

They might do a 2026 "last year special more expensive model". That will probably be the last gas powered CTR. But I might be wrong, of course.

Even the Honda execs have hinted at the possibility of a next gen that will not be ICE at least not fully. Plus it’s really the same motor, trans, and suspension from the last gen with tweaks. So it’s not like there was a big hit to the budget, only reason why we get the ITS as well.

This article states that there are 300 cars for Canada for MY24.

Quote:
"With only 300 allotted for Canada for the 2024 model year — at the time of publishing, nearly all have been spoken for — there’ll be a wait for the Type S likely until the 2025 model year."
much better than ~560 over 3 years for CTR. Seems like everyone who wants one can get one.

also my local dealer was feeding me so much BS to cause FOMO. told me BC is only getting 20 and their dealer is getting 2 this year .. lmao, glad I didnt go with that one.

Just spoke with my dealer. Seems ITS for Canada are all delayed.

New manufacturing date for my ITS is July 10, delivery to dealer between 07/22 and 07/28. So roughly a month later than what supposed to be.

It's harder and harder to wait more and more!
