I’ve searched around this forum and tried everything in those other posts, but man, I’ve still got a rattle in the passenger door. It comes and goes on long trips and it certainly happens on bumpy roads, but I can’t figure it out. I took the door card off. Taped and sealed everything I could think of and still have it. One thing I notice is if I put pressure on the door handle (pushing the door outward), the rattle goes away. If I pull the door towards me, same thing, the rattle goes away. It really sounds like it is coming from the seat belt area, but 100% goes away with small amount of pressure applied on that door either pressing out or pulling in.

Any thoughts?

I have the same rattle, I've been putting up with it for a year. Front passenger door, if I push or pull on the door card it stops. Sometimes cracking the window makes it stop too but then it comes back quickly after that.

Both the latch in the door and on the loop on the frame of the car are tight with zero play.

I also have this noise coming from the passenger door. Can't find where, but I read somewhere it was caused by the seatbelt adjuster. Will definitely have to check it out soon.

Mine was the door latch. I cranked it down on the door and the frame and it did go away. But I do have another rattle near the center overhead light near the mirror. I give up with it. This thing rattles way too much.

Man, I must admit, I love my car, but at that price, we expected them to be top notch out of the assembly line.

For me, the rattles come from several different locations, never consistent and never at the same time. I don't get it lol.

My car has the passenger door and center dash rattles as well. Rough roads make it more apparent and to some extent so far they're temperature dependent.

My center dash rattle that would turn in an annoying buzz/whine under medium rpm and high throttle input was diagnosed by the dealer as the plastic back trim of the infotainment screen. Once it makes the noise, if you press back there and it stops, it's the same thing. The dealer pulled that piece and replaced it with a new one as well as added some additional felt tape. It seems to have solved it for now.

I have a new 2025 ITS, and it developed a buzzing sound from the passenger door area at 500miles on the odo. Sound occurs mostly during hard acceleration. Almost sounds like static or a blown speaker. Took it into the dealer, and they said they need to have an Acura specialist come take a look, and would have to be in the shop for 4-5 days. They said that this was a known reported issue. Annoying to say the least.
