Think 14 or R14 is spot on to the correct seat. Was looking at some 14x1.5 R14 Porsche titanium lug nuts, just was double checking. They are 1/2 the weight of OEM lugs.
I just measured the oem lug nuts. They are 25.25mm at the seat, which makes them a 12.6mm radius. The better fitment would be an r13
Actually I take this back. The ball section is pretty shallow on the oem lug nuts. R14 is appropriate. You could fit an r13 without any concern as well, especially a deeper one.
What did you measure? The radius in question is the radius of the ball and that is not something you can easily measure without a gauge or template:

The only time I have seen conicals used on a Honda/Acura is with aftermarket wheels. That is by far the most common lug geometry I see on aftermarket wheels (regardless of brand of wheel or car). I really hope people are not mixing up ball/conical lugs and lug seats on their wheels, since it could lead to trouble when they don't match.
Correct, you trace a path of the curvature and make a circle. The curvature of the ball area on the oem lugs is very shallow in this case, and most curved lugs I've seen are a fair bit deeper, to where you can easily measure the radius since it falls into the size of the lug max width.What did you measure?
