Very happy. They go excellently with the car's interior.Anyone get tuxmat and was happy with that?
Love mine. Recommend them to anyone getting a new car and will be getting them for all future vehicles in the family.Anyone get tuxmat and was happy with that?
I go them immediately after getting my car new. They compliment the black and chrome accents of the interior and the coverage is great. The only issue I had initially was the clutch pedal contacting the mat when fully depressed but it isnāt as prevalent now after nearly 4k miles as it has grooved and been pressed down so often for so long.
I'm getting waaaay too much inconsistent info, please help settle this since you have them in your ITS.Iāve had tuxmats for around 16 months now.
I initially had the same issue with some scrunching sound from clutch pedal contacting the mat but that has subsided.
I had, and returned, the tuxmat trunk liner. It is a slick surface and stuff in the hatch slides around on it while i drive, banging into corners and constantly making noise and becoming unsettled. So I run the weathertech trunk liner, because it has a grippy, tacky surface that things donāt slide on.
In the passenger compartment, the tuxmats have greater coverage and seem more premium than weathertech. Just wish their trunk liner had a grippy tacky surface so stuff didnāt slide on it constantly.
Yeah I second that. Slippy AF.Just wish their trunk liner had a grippy tacky surface so stuff didnāt slide on it constantly.
The ITS doesn't have rear USB ports. So the one without, unless you plan on adding rear USB ports.I'm getting waaaay too much inconsistent info, please help settle this since you have them in your ITS.
For the Integra Type S, do you get:
1) Tuxmat WITHOUT rear usb ports - part 8802

or
2) Tuxmat WITH rear usb ports - part 8720

I do believe that the center console sticks out a little more on the USB model so on the ITS without, I believe there might be a miniscule gap, we're talking about fractions of an inch but when a company prides themselves on an "exact fit", it's enough to warrant a separate model which I am sure is not cheap to do.I have the "with rear USB ports" version on my ITS, I believe (sku 8720). I don't think it makes a difference. The mats should be the same whether your car has rear USB ports or not, because: (i) the mats don't reach high enough to cover the ports; (ii) the interior structure of the car is the same, regardless of whether or not you have rear USB ports.
That may be true... edit: Dreamshop appears to show a very minor difference, as you predicted.I do believe that the center console sticks out a little more on the USB model so on the ITS without, I believe there might be a miniscule gap, we're talking about fractions of an inch but when a company prides themselves on an "exact fit", it's enough to warrant a separate model which I am sure is not cheap to do.
I've always like the Honda OEM trunk trays, especially the one in my Civic. It's like a bucket where it goes up about 3 inches all around, practically a mini pool.I had, and returned, the tuxmat trunk liner. U got the type s trunk liner? Was gonna go tuxmat too, but dont want shiet flying aroundI've always like the Honda OEM trunk trays, especially the one in my Civic. It's like a bucket where it goes up about 3 inches all around, practically a mini pool.
While the Integra's is not quite as lipped, it does do a relatively good job at being grippy and what I like about it most is it leaves the anchor points open. If I intend to drive spiritedly with something in the trunk, I got myself a tied down net that works wonders.

This is the one I got however with Amazon resellers you might get something the same or better even cheaper depending on when you buy.
I usually keep it tucked in the left compartment until it is needed.
