Windshield replacement is very expensive.

Well these windshield's are made of paper apparently. Had a very minor rock hit (probably only about .060" in diameter) and now I have another crack splintered out from the drivers side about 5" after having it replaced with the factory Acura glass not but 2 months ago.

I give up. Can't keep this car in nice shape no matter how hard I try to avoid damage on my commute.

My tint guys install and xpel ppf-like material on windshields I’d say look into that if the roads by you are particular rocky or debris ridden. I’m sorry you’ve had so much bad luck with this

Yeah I contemplated it back a few months ago but i've seen a lot of hit or miss reviews on the clarity and other issues with it. Might have to bit the bullet after it get it replaced this next time.
