I got the Eibach pro kit and their camber kit is $420 which seems way overpriced. Is there a reason it's so much more than the usual ~$250 I see for most of the others?

Spc is made by eibach I believe.

The spc arms sell individually where the eibach sells as a set. That might be your cost difference.

Otherwise, when I see difference in arms form one brand to another, I'm usually looking for material design (cast vs tube vs pressed), material choice (ti vs steel vs aluminum), and hardware quality (the finer the adjustment threads, the tighter the alignment can be and the less likely it is to slip over time).
