I totally get it on all accounts. Maintenance throttle is good through there. It's scary as hell. You have to get the car pointed straight as possible before the jump. Kind of scary at 110+ for sure. A really good barometer is Lightning lap. If you watch Tony taking the CTR through there...
Good stuff! Yes pads and fluid would be great. Surprised to hear you say full course is better than Grand. How so?
I would say it's easier to navigate for sure.
2:17 is a good time. I really want to do tires too.
Interesting you mention keeping the front tires loaded. In the esses and...

I flipping had this yesterday again! So annoying. Was heading home to take off the wheel and it popped loose and flew out of there. I can only imagine what the back of my rotor looks like after all these rocks have been stuck. it's like the 5th time in a year.
either have someone call you, and adjust the volume on the head unit during the call, or use your gps and while it's reading a direction, adjust the volume. You have to do it as the phone is in use.
So I'm running a +45 offset, but with 275 tires. The extra 10mm tire width being split side to side means I'm essentially the same as a +40 offset, with 265 tires, right? Not sure if anyone knows or can explain this, but is my logic sound?
Also the guys at AHC Garage (youtube) are running a...
I feel like this is a rock in between your heat shield and the rotor. May be worth trying to isolate which wheel it is and pop that wheel off and have a look with a flashlight.
I'm sure they spent the money already and need more orders to get your refund processed. It definitely shouldn't take more than 6 business days to get it done.
so similar to offset going to +45 with 10.5 inch tires, what would the effect be of 275 vs 265 tires, but on the same 9.5 inch wide rim, but with the new offset of +45? Would going to 275 tire put the car closer to stock as far as scrub radius?
Am I making any sense? LOL.
Edit: article at...
I'm probably not in tune with the car enough to really notice the additional torque steer from the rims and springs and stuff. Although I don't auto-cross or drive really hard at low speeds. I pretty much drive fast in longer sweeping turns and do real heavy acceleration with less steering input.
I had the same problem when getting mine back together. If I remember correctly it was a beast. Then, when we got load back on the wheels, the sway was slightly twisted, so we loosened up the subframe bracket bolts and the bar settled itself. Then we torqued the brackets back down and all...
What we need is someone like Point by Patrol, or Zygrene, to drive a car with springs and sways and +45 offset rims, at the track, and provide real feedback.
