i was thinking about the Poco, but it's so tiny not sure i'd like it. also the Esco looks too tall, and it's lighter than OEM. OEM is pretty good...

I do like the Hybrid Racing Maxim knob and the Dream Automotive knobs but they are too heavy. Don't want to wear out my shifter/synchros.
