Hey everyone,

i took a break from doing anything to my Integra, but got the modifcation bug again. this is what I have on it thus far. 2023 Integra Aspec 6 speed manual

- OEM Alcantara Steering wheel
- OEM Integra Type S Shift Knob
- PRL High Volume Intake
- Action Stage 1 aftermarket Clutch
- Remark catback exhaust
- Ktuner V2, with Phearable tune

as you can tell, I'm partial to performance mods over appearance mods

some of my ideas are either a catted downpipe (with or without a front pipe), aftermarket intercooler, or lowering springs like Eibach. but not sure if i want to mess wtih the ride quality with springs since this is my daily driver. also with a catted downpipe, I'm worried the car would be too loud (since I have intake and exhaust already).

any ideas or suggestions would be great! thanks

In my opinion Iā€™d go with the inter cooler for more consistent power over multiple pulls if youā€™re running extra power, I personally havenā€™t gotten anything done to mine yet but Iā€™ve hear just stock the heat soak can be bad and effect HP. How much are you making with the current setup?

yeah thats what a few friends told me, especially in the TX summer heat!

I haven't dyno'd my car yet but what ive seen on pherable website, i am running stage 3 so like 24 psi boost, (why i upgraded my clutch), and im around 240 hp and 290 lb-ft torque. (+30-40 hp and 80-90 torque).

Yeah especially in Texas I feel that would be the best value and the most useful where your at to really benefit from the extra power, then after that you could go get the Down pipe for even more power in my opinion

Downpipe, Intercooler, and springs. If HP gains arent priority id do the springs first, the Aspec has a ton of wheel gap.

Performance isn't all about power, so how about a rear sway bar upgrade? It's the easiest suspension mod, like you don't even need to remove the wheels. That's another thing, lightweight wheels. Those stocks are boat anchors.

The Downpipe is probably your next power bottleneck. You might as well do the front pipe while you're at it since you're going to be elbows deep in that area anyway. It will get louder though, and I'm not sure keeping the stock front pipe will do much for that.

Intercooler. I think most people would be happier if they just upgraded intercooler, turbo, tune. You already got a new clutch.

I couldnā€™t easily find the factory ASpec wheelā€™s weights; do you know how much each corner weighs? I thought I once heard they were around 27.5 lbs a piece
