I really carved up the Trader Joe's parking lot! Won't be able to really see till I can do some Auto-X events next month. Mostly got it for looks/nostalgia.
It certainly does look great. Very excited to see if you notice any difference in body roll, considering you’ve had these before so you would be able to gauge the difference.

This sound is fucking annoying. At first I thought it was someone's brakes.
I’m a big windows down ac off driver of the integra and I live around hills so I’ve always got some kinda engine breaking going on. Hence hear that noise all the time! If the internet says it’s normal it most be fine right 🤪. What the hell did car humans do before the inter webs?!

Yea I just did the same road in neutral. It’s not a rock. Sounds like I need to get one of those drop in air filters everyone’s talking about. Anybody used this one yet ? https://prlmotorsports.com/products/2023-honda-civic-type-r-fl5-stage-1-intake-system

Smoother dude has to be more power right ? Back in the day I remember the right sticker could add a few HP 😜.

Rolled 1000 miles on date night last night and of course got more gas…..

I installed it but no additional power out of it. You can hear a bit of the sound but it is swollen by the loud sound of the exhaust.

So you’re saying just get the drop in filter. The spoon filter uses say they hear cool noises so maybe need get one of those.

Yes, unless you want the PRL logo on the connector. The Spoon one is more expensive but I have heard is better because it is easier to clean and does not need to be oiled. I do not know about the sound vs. The PRL.

Sold me with easier. And pretty sure a spoon sticker adds more hp over the PRL one.

Nice!! Anything worth noting? How was the experience?
It was a really good time. the car is quite capable. I disabled the VSA via pedal dance on my last session and really livened up the rear end. A little more than I expected, ended up drifting a good 50 yards. But fortunately it doesn’t feel like it’s gonna get fully away from you. Michelin PS4S are not the greatest. No heat soak at all, but it was 70 outside. I highly recommend flushing brake fluids and going rbf600

Niiice! Yeah the rear will definitely break loose if pushed enough, definitely happened to new. Good points about tires and brake fluid—I opted for sport cup 2s on the fl5 forged accessory wheels and replaced brake fluid with rbf660 for this past track day

average lap. Not the fastest but the car pulls. I can probably get 5-10 mph more per corner on cups which would drop the lap a good amount.

LOL, if you don't need the Spoon logo, get a Sprint per above. Same filter, half the price. I was very hesitant when people said it was a lot louder than stock, but it's true! At least I can certainly hear the recirculating valve better than before. Am guessing it's magnified as Sport+ likely pipes some of that in as audio.
