Hey Everyone,

I've been looking for a front lip for our cars. The only other true lip is the APR Front lip with the huge side winglets. Those winglet/canards just aren't my style.

G4Werkz created an awesome one that I really like! I reached out to them and asked if I could get a discount code for my viewers who watch my YouTube channel. I also asked about the reason behind the inlets/holes on the front lip. G4Werkz explained that it was designed that way to avoid creating too much downforce, which could potentially stress the front bumper since it's not chassis-mounted. They also pointed out that the Spoon front lip for the FL5 is designed in a similar way. My front lip is on the way (2x2 weave).

The front lip with stock front (~fog) bezel would look even better i would say. I hope this discount helps anyone!

I suggest reading the Refund Policy. I recall reviewing the T&C for the Atlanta Jailbreak event earlier this year and thought they were not very forgiving.

Hondata makes it pretty obvious and lets you know and forces you to check a box and make sure.

I’m not saying it’s G4werkz’s fault. I’m the one who canceled after seeing more photos of it.

I’m just giving people my experience. It’s in their refund policy and terms. So they have full right.

As someone who kind of posts my build online, I do get people DMing me about parts and whatnot. Just want to throw it out in the public that I will not be installing this part.

Tough to restock an item you never had in stock to begin with. Agree it's in there T's and C's but come on!

In all likelihood they're probably a dropshipper or don't actually stock anything, so the fee is probably covering the handling of having to ship it back to factory or consume stock space.

It's understandable, but not for something that never made it to a shipping state.

I am waiting already 3 months for their CF Senna GTS Rear OEM+ Spoiler.
I will give them time until end of October. If they won't deliver it, I'll go with another spoiler.

It says custom made to order and with op canceling within a week I don't think it's justified. Others are still waiting months later for the product.

Can I ask why you cancelled? Was it the timing or some other reason why?

How did this shake out for you?

Refund never showed up on my bank account. No pending transaction, nothing on my end.

Man, it's been frustrating dealing with this company. I reached out to G4werkz again yesterday via email, saying I still haven't received my refund.

Freddy from G4werkz called me, saying to rest assured that he will look into the issue NEXT week (because of hurricane in Florida). This is the second time, he said he will deal with it NEXT week. It did rub me the wrong way since when I first try to cancel back in the end of september on a Thursday through FB he said the same thing. Freddy mentioned that my order DEFINITELY canceled and that the refund process is handled just like any other major retailer. That he noticed my tone on the email wasn't sweet and he can match that energy.

The main reason I am frustrated, and why many other people who have dealt with this company feel the same, is that the owner is very confrontational, and there are, of course, long wait times for parts or, in my case, cancellations. It feels like he is holding my money ransom. Of course, once I get my money back, minus their company's restocking fee, I'll update everyone. I want to be fair and honest. Maybe I'm just being a Karen?
