If it's not that it's likely a rock in the calipers that usually works its way out or some take a flathead or pick tool to it.
That was my other thought. Used to drive in reveres and stop harder to kick the rocks out. Back in the farming days when I would be off road more often. But I was listening closely while driving next to a wall and if I give it the smallest amount of throttle it goes away. You know, then you take it to 3500-4200 rpm’s and let off and get those pops and bangs. Then you listen for the noise and do it again. Still hasn’t gotten old 🤪. Got a really good pop going under and over pass! Love this sillly car. Almost to 1000 miles.

100% the "wastegate" issue. I've trained my brain to (mostly) tune it out, but it aggravated the hell out of me when I first started noticing it.

The Internet says it's normal. It's the one thing I hate about the car.

I’m a big windows down ac off driver of the integra and I live around hills so I’ve always got some kinda engine breaking going on. Hence hear that noise all the time! If the internet says it’s normal it most be fine right 🤪. What the hell did car humans do before the inter webs?!

Here's my phone holder solution. I got this magnetic phone holder from Temu for like $7 but shipping took about two weeks. Amazon sells a slightly nicer quality one made by BaseUS for around $20. I like it because it's minimal and also bendable. If you're an iPhone user, the magnets are strong. I'm using a Pro Max in the photo for reference.

For the charging cable, I got the ones from MagTame (also on Amazon). They coil up magnetically so they don't dangle unnecessarily everywhere. It also eliminates the need for a cable organizer. Cable quality is really nice too.

Looks good and I definitely want one on mine as well. How’s the velcro holding up? At any time, did the holder ever detached from it?

Velcro actually holding up really well and has not come off. I think it’s strong enough to keep it in place even during spirited driving.

Installed some Spoon parts. Will have to find time to do the rigid collars. The car picks up and pulls a little better around 3500 rpm with the Spoon drop-in Air Filter.

Acura Integra What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️ IMG_9606

Added more suede…

Is the overland alcantara the exact shade of black/gray as oem steering wheel, shift boot and seats?

ITS has the 9040 suede color and sometimes aftermarket has 9002 and 9052 lighter black shades.

Please take some installation photos of the rigid collars, this is the mod I’m very much looking forward to thanks!

We’re twins! Minus rigid collars… Love the filter. Noise alone is worth it
