I like it! I’ve been on the fence whether or not to swap my steering wheel to the OEM alcantara one, but this one may be it!

Where did you get this?

I'm pretty happy with the car overall as it is, but there are a few things that I'm not so crazy about and have decided to address.

How about that stupid hood prop? $50k+ car and it has a hood prop? A while back I found a thread that @notorious9i6 posted; https://www.integraforums.com/forum/threads/hood-damper-struts-for-the-de4-de5-type-s.52647/ , where he installed a set of hood struts from Amazon.
I picked up a set and installed them, so no more need for the hood prop. I went with the basic black ones, but they've got all kinds of colored carbon styles if that's your thing.
I put up an install video if anyone is interested.

I'm not too crazy about the stock steering wheel, so I ordered an OEM Alcantara one which should be here tomorrow along with an Acuity stage 2 shift kit and shift knob.
While the shifter is ok in stock form, it does have a bit of softness to it, and it's hard to feel which gear you're going into at times, especially on the 3-4 & 5-6 shift. I'm hoping that the Acuity set up fixes some of that. I'm not a big fan of the factory knob, so that's gotta go as well.

Thanks for the shoutout @_Paul_from_Jax

Yeah, I love the engine bay struts. The Acuity Stage 2 removes any rubber dampening feel and makes it feel more solid. It also shortens the throws by quite a bit.

I haven’t changed it back to OEM, and actually, the shifter just feels second nature to me now and not too crazy if that’s any indication.

I think it’s be best steering wheel option by far, and I’ve been waiting for like a year for them to finally release it!

I got mine from King Motorsport, but you can check other places that sell JDM parts like Blackhawk Japan and RHD Japan.

Here is the part number to help with your search: 78501-XNRC-K0S0-BK

Think of the hood prop as a perk.. maybe replace it with a detachable carbon fiber rod like the LFA has.
