Can’t wait to see some lap times. I like everything except for the wing, rear seat, and AC delete.

I wonder if Acura will let you buy track insurance to go a long with it since there’s no reason to buy these parts otherwise.

After listening to NSXavier, I’m not letting a technician touch my car, my body panels came out aligned. Lord knows what else could go wrong if I were to let a technician/mechanic near my drivetrain.

I’ll have to look for another method, or trustworthy dealership that can handle these things.

Love it for what it is but I wouldn't own one. Need back seats and AC lol.

I'm all over that body kit though.
Right? If I didn't need the rear seats, I likely would've picked a different car altogether.

Actually let me rephrase my stance, I wouldn't *replace* the Type S with this HRC version, but I would totally own one.

Anyone in CA that can attend and photograph?

Acura will have the Integra Type S HRC on display alongside the EV Performance Concept at The Quail after its debut at 10:36 a.m. local time on Friday.

Love the hood. If I can get that hood at a reasonable price, I'll definitely get it.
Probably will be $1,000+. The entire parts catalog will likely be more expensive than the third party options.

I want those seats, but that's going to be an fortune.

If not a complete vehicle but a catalog of parts, who are these Type S HRC parts marketed towards? All 20 of us Type S owners?
Pretty much. I think this is like shooting fish in a barrel because despite being small in numbers, owners are more likely to get something. Better to have 25% of 100 than 1% of 1000.

Also it seems they already developed most of the parts for the racecar so they're essentially pulling them off the "shelf" to sell not as a $150,000 package no one can afford. Even if they only sell a few, it'll increase their return on investment.

Personally I love the hood and it's a likely purchase unless it's stupidly priced. The coil overs and light weight rims are also on my radar but a less likely purchase.

Lastly while they probably announced it on the flagship brand, I'd bet my last dollar than with exception to the hood and maybe the wing, the rest will make their way to the CTR or at least be unofficially purchased by CTR owners expanding the pool of buyers

I visited my local dealer today (don’t ask why), and they believe/heard that most parts will go on sale soon.
Take it with a grain of salt

The fact that they put in the resources to develop this makes it seem likely that this car will stick around for at least a few more years. Also, this makes it seem like there won’t be a major refresh in 2026, because then the front intakes, lip, etc won’t fit the new car.
